1. Market Integrity & Anti-Manipulation
To ensure that prices on Picol reflect genuine market demand and fair value, you shall NOT:

ii. Order Interference (Spoofing): Place orders with the sole intent of canceling them before execution to mislead other participants about market depth; or
iii. Artificial Momentum: Split orders or use successive executions to create a false appearance of trading activity or to move prices in a deceptive direction; or
iv. Collusive Trading: Pre-arrange orders with other parties or coordinate between related accounts to create artificial executions or bypass fair market matching; or
v. Self-Matching: Place simultaneous buy and sell orders that could potentially execute against each other.
2. Fraud & Suspicious Activity
In connection with the use of the Services or your Account, you shall NOT:
i. Hold, deposit, or trade digital assets that are reasonably believed to be fraudulent, stolen, or linked to unauthorized sources; or
ii. Engage in suspicious activity, including but not limited to, generating unreasonable trade volumes or conducting trades that are inconsistent with the platform’s fair market value.

To protect the stability of the Picol platform, you shall NOT:
i. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our websites, software, API tools, or server infrastructure; or
