Please check them one by one.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Wrong Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If you have mutiple Picol accounts, please check whether the password or verification code you entered corresponds to the account.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Incorrect password<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Please check the caps of your password and whether you enter any extra spaces.<\/li><li>If you forget your password, please click \u201cForgot Password\u201d and reset it.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>The password is too long<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Due to the system update, if your original password is longer than 16 digits, please use \u201cForgot Password\u201d to reset your password (8-16 digits).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Sign-in failed 5 times in a row due to 2FA or wrong password input<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The situation will trigger the risk control of your account, for safety reasons, please wait for 30 minutes and sign in again.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Network Environment\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Please check your internet environment and refresh the browser, we suggest you can try to log in on\u00a0<strong>Chrome<\/strong>\u00a0with incognito mode.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Non-supported IP address of Picol <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>According to Picol doesn&#8217;t provide service to some restricted countries\/areas, therefore causes the corresponding network&#8217;s IP address is unreachable. We suggest you swtich your network environment and log in to Picol again.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Can\u2019t log in on the APP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If your APP is not the latest version, it may display the account password error when logging in, please update your APP to the latest version.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Android users: please copy\u00a0https:\/\/download.picol.com\/?lang=zh-CN\u00a0and paste it into your browser to download<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iOS users: Please copy\u00a0https:\/\/download.picol.com\/?lang=zh-CN\u00a0and paste it into \u201cSafari\u201d to download.
