{"id":2653,"date":"2022-08-16T21:29:13","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T13:29:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.picol.com\/blog\/?p=2653"},"modified":"2022-08-16T21:29:13","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T13:29:13","slug":"why-are-my-assets-have-been-frozen-occupied-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.picol.com\/blog\/en\/why-are-my-assets-have-been-frozen-occupied-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Why are my assets have been frozen\/occupied?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The system will be frozen\/occupied the used assets for the orders to prevent the reuse of the assets in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please notice: Picol will not actively freeze any funds of users without any reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Account funds are usually frozen for the following reasons:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The running trading bots usually make the funds locked and unable to be used.<\/li><li>Manually placing sell or buy limit orders usually makes the funds locked and unable to be used.<\/li><li>Creating a TWAP order, the amount to be invested is locked for a week in advance so that cause the funds frozen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>How to check holding coins&#8217; occupation status<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re not sure which orders have occupied your assets, you can check your holding coin&nbsp;<strong>occupation status.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article will take App version as an operation instruction.<br>If you are using Web version, please follow the same entry of those steps to check it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>1.
