1. Why does the withdrawal platform show that the withdrawal has been completed, but the tokens have not arrived on Picol?
Since the blockchain transfer needs to be confirmed block confirmations on the blockchain. Averagely, it will take 1 hour (except for some crypto). The specific time will be determined by the transfer currency, transfer network, and other factors.
Take USDT as an example: Picol is compatible with five network deposits: OMNI, ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 (BSC), and HECO. You can select the corresponding network on the withdrawal platform, enter your withdrawal amount, and check the withdrawal fee.
If you do not receive the deposit yet, it could be that your transaction has not been completely confirmed by the network of the block transaction, please wait patiently. Or you can check the transaction ID on the blockchain scan of your transfer.
*Note: If your deposit address is wrong. Or deposit the crypto and the network that Picol does not support. You will not be able to receive your assets. Please be sure to check your deposit/withdrawal information and operate with caution.
2. Why do some cryptocurrencies require a memo (Memo/Tag)?
Under some mainnets, the mainnet addresses are shared, which means that mainnet addresses of all users are the same. Only by filling in the Memo/Tag the users’ transfer transaction can be identified.
Please notice that if you choose to deposit some kinds of cryptocurrencies (such as XRP mainnet to deposit XRP, etc.), you will see the prompt “I understand that a Tag is necessary for a deposit. Otherwise, the asset will be lost”, please note that you need to copy your address, and a “Memo/Tag” is also provided.
3. Please pay attention to the “minimum deposit amount”.
If the deposit amount is lower than the minimum deposit amount, your assets will be lost and cannot be found.

4. What fees would be charged?
There is no deposit fee when depositing cryptocurrencies to Picol, and the network fee for withdrawing coins is charged by the platforms that initiate the withdrawal. Withdrawal fees will vary depending on the selected currency type and transfer network.
If you find that you are using the wrong blockchain network, or a currency that does not support deposit and withdrawal, please contact our online customer service or email to service mailbox (service@picol.com) to apply for the recovery procedure.

It usually takes 14~20 working days (excluding holidays) to recover your assets, and paying 20~65 USD or deducted equivalent tokens according to the difficulty of recovery as the processing fee.
